Woooowhooo, my first blog post of the New Year!  And what could be better than posting this fabulous engaged couple while I was back home in Minnesota!!!  Ashley and Jake were such champs and acted as though the cold 9 degree temperature was warm-ahhhh!!!  I haven't lived in that kind of bone chilling weather in over 6 years, but Minneapolis has some amazing places to photograph so it was worth standing outside in the cold;)    I was honored when the soon-to-be bride Ashley contacted me about photographing their wedding this fall!  I have had the privilege of knowing both Ashley and Jake back in high school along with playing on the same softball team as Ashley!  *Although she always made it on base... I usually swung out, lol ;)  Enjoy the preview and congrats again guys!!!

Ashley and Jake not only make a beautiful couple, but they also take beautiful single portraits too!  I just adore the picture below of the soon-to-be bride checking out her future husband :)

I know guys don't like taking single photographs, but Jake has such a STELLER serious face!!!  Thanks for playing along Jake ;)

Ashley and Jake's doggie was in love with the snow and the treat that I was holding in my hand ;)
